About Aha AI

Aha AI is a dictionary that explains hard AI concepts through one everyday analogy each. A token is a bite of a sandwich; overfitting is memorizing the answer key. Written for readers with no math or programming background, and with no formulas.

Every term page follows the same order: one-line definition → analogy → more precisely → try it yourself → common misconceptions → related terms → one-line summary. Wherever the analogy diverges from reality, "More precisely" says so.

Read it, then try it

This is a sister site of AI Teading (ailearn.space), a collection of 137 hands-on AI tools. Each term links to the tool where that concept becomes visible.

Who it is for

Teenagers through adults meeting AI for the first time, plus teachers who need to explain a concept in class, first-year students and people starting out at work. Available in Korean, Japanese, English and Spanish, with analogies chosen separately for each language.

How the articles are made

Drafts are written together with an AI (Claude), and only articles whose analogy and facts have been reviewed by the site owner are published. If you spot an error or have a better analogy, use "Suggest an edit" on any term page.

A note

This is a dictionary that explains concepts. It does not give legal, medical or financial advice. On topics tangled up with regulation, such as copyright and privacy, it goes only as far as laying out what is at stake. Rules differ by country and are still shifting, so check the rules where you are, and with a professional, before you act.
